Salima Creighton Koshy

Salima Koshy is an MA candidate in Historical Studies at The New School for Social Research. Her interests include Marx’s theory of formal subsumption, forms of sovereign seizure in history, agrarian economies, as well as the role of gender and the family in the development of capitalism. Her current research focus is on British colonial land revenue policies in the Indian subcontinent. She earned her BA in Politics at Eugene Lang College.
