Marc Triller is a PhD student studying ecological and environmental economics. The primary theme of his research is the relationship between economic and ecological crises, particularly contemporary capitalism’s global dynamics of waste accumulation and dispersion. His current project empirically evaluates competing theoretical explanations of U.S. trade flows in plastic waste.
